Flat Earth Pizzas is taking over the kitchen at Pophams in Hackney for one day this month in aid of the Lebanese Red Cross. A £15 ticket will get you a Flat Earth Pizza – you can choose from the Hackney Hot with sweet pickled beets & fermented chilli salsa, the Tommy Kale with salted kale & vegan mozzarella, the Kimchi & Crack with house kimchi & Club Cultured seed blend, and the Flat Earth Margherita – and crust dippers. Pophams will have beer, wine and cocktails to buy and you can either grab a seat on the terrace or head over to London Fields for a pizza party.
20% of the proceeds will be donated to the Lebanese Red Cross, so you’ll be eating pizza and doing a good deed at the same time.
