Returning next month for Independence Day is the epic Flamingo Pier with vol.lll, the LA Nights! how ruddy bloody sexy. Those not accustom to these monthly events, Flamingo Pier takes residency at the Counter Cafe in Hackney wick where they host one hell of a real good, feel good par-tay. One heavy attraction is to relax on their floating pontoon amongst the palm trees and neon lights with a cocktail in hand looking out over the canal…kind of makes you kind of feel like you are in a movie, a movie that takes you on a wild, erotic journey filled with liquor, food and music.
This month the boys have brought into action their canal boat, the Alfred Leroy, where you can enjoy their signature cocktails onboard. Kome LA Street Food are serving up a special Flamingo Pier menu and don’t forget their resident mixologist is two time World Class NZ winner Jason Clark, who has designed a brand new LA influenced cocktail which is being revealed for the first time. There is also slushy cocktails and a new American style pale ale from Crate Brewery, with other ales and ciders available too. In charge of the tune-age is Dubka (Aeropop / Kitsune) spinning sublime originals and remixes.
Having experience last months par-tay first hand we can guarantee an evening of fun people. Soak up the LA vibes next Friday and see for yourself…get down early to avoid the inevitable queues and take a bite out of Flamigo Pier vol.lll that would put Suarez to shame!
