Say yeah! You don’t have to fly long haul to get a taste of the islands. Flamingo Pier returns this month with their postcard parties. Why Seychelles? London’s authentic Seychellois street food kitchen, Vinn Goute will be dishing up amongst the palm trees and neon of the Counter Cafe floating pontoon. Washing it down with Takamaka Bay tropical Rum cocktails and crisp beer and cider from Crate Brewery on the refurbished Alfred Leroy canal boat means you’re going to be spoilt rotten.

To extend the international flavour, they’ve nabbed Recloose. A Detroit dance music legend. We know it’s normally geetars at LOTI Towers, but his soulful infusion of jazz and gospel flecked house is just perfect for long summer days. Sounds great, yeah? It’s going to look great too. FP are inspired by the white sands, turquoise waters and colourful sea-life of the Seychelles Archipelago and will be showing custom projections designed in collaboration with Hackney Wick artist Claudio Giambusso.

The plan is to get there early to soak up the vibes, eat, drink and be very merry with an awesome crowd, so, there’ll be more tickets on the door (£15) than presales as the £20, snap them up here.
