The Fishworks empire is expanding with a third site in Covent Garden joining the Mayfair and Marylebone restaurants this May. Just like at the sister sites, Fishworks Covent Garden will serve up sustainably sourced seafood fresh from Brixham. You can choose from the daily catch on the counter and have it cooked how you’d like, or even have it prepped by one of the resident fishmongers to take home ready to cook yourself.
Or you can order from the menu, which’ll feature faves like the tasting platter stacked with crispy squid, scallops, mussels, oysters, clams, halibut and seabass. And this branch will have a dedicated oyster bar, where you can drop in for a light bite and a glass of fizz. Chin chin.
