festival announcements coming thick and fast, The Great Escape in Brighton ticks all the right boxes so far with some of this years hottest bands already on the line up.

Kelis, everyone’s favourite milkshake girl, headlines Saturday at the Brighton Dome in wake of her album release in April. Ella Eyre, Chloe Howl and Royal Blood, all topped by the big dogs for 2014, appear amongst hundreds of equally exciting artists like LOTI favs Fat White Family and Circa Waves.

The Great Escape prides itself in housing the best upcoming talent, and the 300 artists announced so far are all making their mark on the music scene in some shape or form.
