you know field day is derived from a military term for a day spent in field manoeuvers…suitable as many manoeuvers shall be made in Victoria Park on the 6th and 7th of June next year if the recently announced Field Day lineup is anything to go by.

Caribou, Kindness, DIIV, Patti Smith, Django Django, with artists of this magnitude they could the event in a skip full of used portaloos for double price and we’d still be gasping for a bit of the action….though luckily it’s held in the shiny picturesque settings of Victoria Park and weekend tickets are less than 80 brick.

The best news is that’s only a taster, there are more acts to be announced in the new year although we highly advise getting on it now and doing the whole online ticket purchase manoeuver to avoid dissappoinment.
