all curious foodies and gastronomes, Kings College London are holding a week-long celebration to help ‘Feed Your Mind’ and wet your appetite. Part of their annual Food & Ideas festival, the university has invited scores of top writers, academics and thinkers to explore and discuss one of our favourite subjects…eating.

Whether you’re interested in learning more about obesity, dieting, curry, table manners or stem cell technology, all your needs will be catered for. You can even travel on an exciting journey to the centre of Gizzi Erskine’s gut if you fancy it. No, really.

The festival starts next week and the majority of events are free. Check out the schedule.
