Ana Da Costa (one half of Two Hot Asians) is back after a short break to launch a brand new supper club series, Fat Tea. Named after a tradition from her hometown of Macau, chá gordo, Fat Tea will present banquet meals of Macanese dishes that comprise a unique blend of Chinese and Portuguese flavours. For the inaugural event, Ana will be bringing Fat Tea to South London with a five-course menu of crackers with tofu, lemon achar and salted cod floss; fried turnip cake; tchai de donzo (‘Buddha’s Delight’); porco balchão (belacan pork with coconut rice); and pandan crack pie.
