FARZI CAFE HAS A NEW CHEF AND NEW MENU

Just when we thought Haymarket’s Farzi Café couldn’t get any tastier, they have just launched a revamped menu with brand new Chef Dhwani Agarwal at the helm. Tapping into new ingredients and infusions from all over the world, Agarwal’s menu features Indian classics with a modern twist, taking influence from the East and West, where it’s all about adding an interesting twist to the dishes.

Highlights from the new menu include lobster and coconut risotto, lamb shank nihari, and butternut squash gatta curry with crispy squash gnocchi, Rajasthani kadhi and pickled orzo. Full of rich flavours and Indian fusions, the menu also features tapas-style small dishes such as aburi salmon with an orange glaze and coconut milk, dal chawal arancini, and grilled lamb chops. The avocado tokri basket – a waffle basket with avocado chat, raw mango carpaccio and lemon air – is not one to miss.

Desserts are of plenty too, the wine list is solid and the cocktail menu is also worth a meander. This is where culinary art meets alchemy, and creative presentations dazzle the diner. Definitely worth checking this out.
