Krill, a Boston three-piece whose outsider tunes have finally been recognised as some of the most innovative and incomparable sounds to break into the underground scene in recent years. We met them at what was to be the scene of their first ever London gig, Shoreditch’s finest – The Old Blue Last. Surreal as it was for them, the three-piece showed no sign of nervous slip-ups, flawlessly powering through a momentous set of their chaotic yet melodic tunes to the greatly deserved roars of the East London crowd.
