EUROSTAR TO LAUNCH DIRECT ROUTE TO AMSTERDAM AND BACK

Eurostar have been running a service from London to Amsterdam for a while now, and though the outward leg has always been direct the return requires a connection in Brussels, which only adds time to the journey. That’s all gonna change come October though as Eurostar are launching a direct service from Amsterdam back to London, taking just over four hours. Yes it’s still longer than flying but it’s much more environmentally friendly, plus you don’t have to faff around getting to an airport either.

Tickets for the new journeys go on sale in September and cost £40 each way. At the moment you still have to quarantine on return from the Netherlands but fingers crossed it comes off the list soon so you can whizz back and forth to Amsterdam with ease.

Launches Sat 26th September 2020
