From hot yoga to light therapy yoga to a whole range of classes in between, you’re not exactly short of choice when it comes to finding somewhere to downward dog in London. Now there’s a new kid on the block….a humming yoga studio open inside Rumble Gym, the new boutique fitness studio in Dalston (complete with Cowshed products and cafe menu designed by Farm Girl Cafe’s Benoit Marmoiton).
The hot yoga studio emits a frequency, known as the Schumann Resonance, that mimics Mother Earth’s natural heartbeat rhythm. It’s meant to make you feel grounded and encourage rejuvenation and healing to take your flow to the next level. There’s way more than yoga on offer at Rumble too with calisthenics, spinning, pilates, boxercise, TRX and HIIT classes on the schedule, and they even run an initiative to plant a tree for every class booked to help keep it eco.
