What’s the deal?
Founded by London-based personal trainer Guido Basola, Elysium caters to PTs looking for a professional space to train clients as well as those looking for somewhere to do a solo or group workout with friends. Coming from a luxury fitness background, Guido has taken his previous experiences and created a dynamic space that hopes to change the way people view fitness and personal training.
What can I expect?
Elysium gyms are fitted with state-of-the-art exercise equipment. From a cardio perspective, guests can use the Concept2 Rower, SkiErg and BikeErg for lower-body conditioning and aerobic fitness. The gyms are also equipped with dumbbells and kettlebells, as well as a Cable Crossover, for arm, chest and shoulder muscle workouts.
How does it work?
The micro gyms will be priced at £25 per hour and need to be pre-booked prior to arrival via the Elysium app.
