Egg-citing news for all you Shoreditch-based peeps, there’s an Eggslut coming your way this spring. Like the Notting Hill and Fitzrovia locations, the new site will use Clarence Court eggs and Bread Ahead buns, and will cook everything to order to ensure proper oozy eggs. You’ll be able to chow down on all the Eggslut signatures, including The Slut (coddled egg on potato puree), The Fairfax (soft scrambled eggs, caramelised onions & cheese in a brioche bun) and The Gaucho (seared wagyu tri-tip steak, over medium egg & chimichurri in a brioche bun).
The rosemary sea salt hash browns, which are exclusive to the UK Eggsluts, will also be on the menu with lots of limited edition specials in the pipleline too. And if you can’t get to the new Eggslut in person, it’ll be joining the other two on Deliveroo so the eggs can come to you.
