Egg-citing news for all you Fitzrovia-based peeps, there’s an Eggslut coming your way this spring. Like the original Notting Hill location, the new site will use Clarence Court eggs and Bread Ahead buns, and will cook everything to order to ensure proper oozy eggs. You’ll be able to chow down on all the Eggslut signatures, including The Slut (coddled egg on potato puree), The Fairfax (soft scrambled eggs, caramelised onions& cheese in a brioche bun) and The Gaucho (seared wagyu tri-tip steak, over medium egg & chimichurri in a brioche bun).

The new site will comply with government regs on social distancing by implementing cashless payments, a one-way system, screens at the tills and protective wear for staff. Eggslut will also be hiring hospitality workers who were made redundant as a result of the pandemic to run the Fitzrovia branch.
