Oat brand MOMA is opening a pop-up Oat Cuisine Experience with an eight-course oat-based tasting menu and wine, and tickets cost just £4. The idea is to show off just how versatile oats can be with dishes like beetroot and feta oat burger, miso baked aubergine with sesame oat crumble, asparagus and baby pea oat risotto, and oat and date lemon cheesecake on offer. Everything on the menu is veggie and gluten-free, and as well as chowing down on all eight courses, you’ll get all the bits and pieces you need to re-create some of the dishes at home. At £4 it’s probably the cheapest tasting menu you’ll ever have and with all ticket proceeds are going to The Passage charity, which helps vulnerable and homeless people in the city, you’ll be doing a good deed too.
