We can’t keep up with Bethnal Green/Victoria Park at the minute, it’s literally one opening after another. The East London Liquor Company is a new bar that’s not only serving drinks, it’s making the spirits that go in them too, right there on site. Oh yes they are bringing spirit production back to the East End after nearly a century – we’ll drink to that!
The cocktails are bang on trend with everything from the fruity flavoured, quirky named Your Not Ready for This Jelly and Sunshine Bitch to the good old Gimlet. There’s also cheese toasties to soak up the booze, craft beers and plenty of exposed brickwork too. It’s all going down in East London town…
