Francesco Mazzei is teaming up with Luca Dusi of Passione Vino for a spesh edition of Food & Wine Tales to celebrate Earth Hour at Satoria. Earth Hour is held at 8.30pm on the last Saturday of March, using lights switched off to raise awareness of nature loss and climate change, so the dinner at Sartoria will be held by candlelight. The menu will include a welcome drink, cicchetto, scallops with nduja & salsa verde, lamb rump with spring vegetables, and panna cotta with lemon basil & citrus, with accompanying natty and organic wines from Luca. Tickets cost £90, with £5 from each one going to WWF.
