The Dusty Knuckle is bringing its Dusty Dinners series back with a special Halloween edition, featuring Emily Gussin, co-founder of the 10 Miles Club and author of Don’t Waste Your Pumpkin. Her menu will showcase local, seasonal ingredients, as well as zero-waste techniques, with dishes that use every part of October’s quintessential veg, pumpkin. Expect croquettes breadcrumbed using surplus from the Dusty Knuckle bakery, crisps made using pumpkin skin, pickled stems used as garnishes and ultra-locally sourced ingredients.
