reckon the animated-alternate-world madness of the new Dum Dum Girls video for their latest track ‘Rimbaud Eyes’ is the closest you can get to experiencing an acid trip without actually taking anything.

Dee Dee Penny is casually shimmying down a sex-shop-laden street with a tambourine, as you do, before joining the rest of the band for a reverberating, techni-coloured, psychedelic performance on a floating heart. It’s probably something like what would happen if they brought Eurotrash back.
