Vintagefashion, vintage records, vintage antiques- we love a bit of vintage. But our fave kind of vintage of all time? VINTAGE CHAMPERS. And in our books the fancier, the better.
Ladies and gents, introducing Les 3 Étages by Dom Pérignon. For ten exclusive days from Tuesday 5th May, Dom Pérignon will take over three floors to showcase some of their finest, fanciest vintage champagnes in a secret central London townhouse location. The first will host their new 2005 Vintage; the second, a 1998 Vintage; and on the third, the rarest 1982 and 1971 Vintages. If that doesn’t sound luxurious enough, Michelin-starred chef Skye Gyngell (founder of Spring and former head chef of Petersham Nurseries) has been brought on board to create a series of tastings, lunch and dinners for the public featuring light summer dishes and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We’re polishing off our shoes and our diamonds as we speak.
From Tues 5th May 2015
Tickets £95 for a morning tasting, £200 for a lunch and £250 for dinner
