DOM PERIGNON DINING UNDER THE STARS AT COWORTH PARK

If you fancy treating yourself (or someone else) this summer, then Dom Perignon have launched a very luxurious new pop-up at the stunning Coworth Park hotel just outside London. Called ‘Dining Under the Stars’, the pop-up is located away from the main building of the hotel in a transparent geodesic dome surrounded by the beautiful trees and gardens of Coworth Park. There’s even a telescope on hand to get a better glimpse of the stars as they start to appear in the darkening sky.

Food is courtesy of Michelin-starred head chef of Coworth Park, Adam Smith, and there are three menu options available, ranging from 3-5 courses. Dishes on offer include: Langoustine with Tomato, Kimchi & Ginger; Kentish Lamb Kebab with Buttermilk, Salted Cucumber and Mint; BBQ Veal Cutlet with Garden Salad, Pickled Tongue and Truffle; and Kentish Mango & Coconut Sorbet with Lime and Chocolate Mint.

Each course is paired by a different Dom Perignon style such as Dom Pérignon Plénitude 2, Dom Pérignon Vintage Blanc Dom Pérignon Rosé. There’s also an afternoon tea on offer with classic savoury and sweet snacks as well as plenty of Dom P of course.

If you’ve never been to Coworth Park before, it really is a beautiful place and Adam’s food is well worth the trip. Throw in the champagne pairings from Dom Perignon and you’ve got a very special evening in store.

Dining Under the Stars is on now until mid-September. To book, go to the Coworth Park website.
