London Restaurant Festival is back for its autumn edition and this year, the event has teamed up with Costa Rica Tourism to bring a slice of the Latin American country to the capital. The Flavour of Costa Rica events series showcases the diversity and the sustainability of Latin American cuisine, as well as Costa Rican delicacies like chorreadas, gallo pinto, fresh seafood and coffee, through masterclasses, tasting menus, sampling events and more. Alongside special dinners at Crudo and Zuaya, there’s chocolate tasting at bean-to-bar boutique London Chocolate in Connaught Village, where you can discover (and sample) single-origin chocolates, and you can learn how to make Costa Rican dishes yourself at an immersive cooking class.
