The team behind Moonshine Saloon and Alcotraz is back with another immersive cocktail experience, and this time you’ll be encouraged to think about some of the biggest issues facing our planet today whilst you go on a drinks adventure. Here you’ll explore the lush magical world of Avora, forage for cocktails and decide whether to join the underground resistance fighting to protect the planet or mine its natural resources for financial gain.
It all starts in billionaire CEO Geoff Rosbourne’s ‘Roscorp Laboratory’, where you learn about your mining mission on Avora and mix up an antidote cocktail to help you acclimatise to the planet’s atmosphere. As you discover the exotic flora and fauna of Avora, you can harvest plant buds to create a second cocktail, before the surroundings transform from day to night and you go foraging for magical berries to make your third drink.
Throughout your journey, you have to choose whether to continue with the mission set for you by Roscorp or to rebel and protect Avora from destruction – it’s meant to draw parallels with the climate crisis we’re facing on Earth right now and get you to consider your own impact on the planet. On the sustainability front, Avora is partnering with Ecologi to plant a tree for each ticket sold and the cocktails have been co-created with the Sustainable Restaurant Association.
