Calling all dessert fans! Whisk, the pop-up from Randon Burns and chef Simon Jenkins that serves a three-course dessert-only menu, is back and it’s bigger and better than ever. Taking over the Jones & Sons spot in the Angel Central shopping centre for three months, Whisk will offer a seasonal dessert tasting menu complete with tea/coffee and dessert wine pairings.

After an amuse bouche of soft set strawberry jelly with vanilla yoghurt mousse, you get six dessert options to choose from – dishes include avocado and white chocolate mousse with torched sweetcorn, dark chocolate creme with parsnip ice cream and orange granita, roasted rhubarb with vanilla crumble and deep fried ginger, and celery sorbet with crumbled blue cheese and honeycomb – and petit fours to finish.
