There’s no Notting Hill Carnival this Bank Hol weekend but you can still get a taste of the Caribbean at home with these limited edition patties from Deliveroo. The extra large spicy beef and spicy vegan patties have been stamped with Carnival-inspired artworks created by Notting Hill Carnival’s youngest ambassador A’sha Morris, Chef Hasan, musician Shakka and campaigner Fiona Compton. They’ll be priced at £5.66 to mark the year 1966 when the first Carnival was held, with all proceeds being donated to help fund Notting Hill Carnival 2022.
And if you don’t manage to bag a patty before they sell out, you can order in a feast from one of the 700 Caribbean restaurants across the country that Deliveroo will be promoting across the whole weekend.
