If you can’t make it to Mexico for Day of the Dead, don’t worry because it’s coming to you. A whole load of fiestas are being thrown across town so all you have to worry about is looking the part.

Day of the Dead at Leicester Square Kitchen

Leicester Square Kitchen is celebrating Day of the Dead with a special Mexican feasting menu, including dishes like sea bass ceviche with avocado and white corn, dry-rubbed short rib with smoked chilli mayo and mezcal-glazed paprika ribs. The Patron will be flowing and the space will be decked out with sugar skulls and Aztec marigolds.

Scary Fish

Sexy Fish is teaming up with The House of Suntory for its Day of the Dead party Scary Fish. You’ll be eating and drinking surrounded by dancers, acrobats and performers decked out like mermaids and bone dancers as they put on a bespoke show for the evening.

Day of the Dead at Brixton Village

Party on down in the Brixton Village courtyard as mariachi band Las Guadalupes perform and host a talk on the origins and folklore behind Day of the Dead. Jalisco will be running taco and margarita bars with Casa Mortia serving up some of their signature dishes and chilli rum hot chocolate.

Painted Black at Ella Canta

Dia de los Muertos at Chotto Matte

Chotto Matte is turning Day of the Dead into a week long celebration, with spesh Patron tequila cocktails and new dishes like the Dia De Los Muertos Ceviche with sea bass, sweet potato and black oil and the Sugar Skull Sundae, a raspberry vanilla freakshake with chocolate ice cream and meringue.
