taste of Denmark is on route to London, opening this week in the form of a pop-up bar – whatever else? The week long pop-up will showcase furniture and lighting by Carl Hansen and food and drink from small Danish suppliers. Anders Selmer, part of the team who set up Noma has overseen the whole process so you can be sure to try the best of the Danish gourmet scene.

There will be beer from the Mikkeller bar, Danish wine from Lilleo and sodas from Peder Zacho who will be debuting his colonial G&T. Pop along after work, it certainly makes a change to the usual pubs.
