you’re more ankle grazers than lederhosen and soya beans than bratwurst, Dalston Christmas Market will be offering an original alternative to the more traditional ‘German Style’ Christmas markets seen popping up every year all over the UK, and, er…Germany.

On Sunday 1st December, for one day only, Dalston Christmas Market will be setting up shop in Dalston Square with artists, fashion & jewellery designers, furniture makers and ceramicists, all selling their wares. There’ll also be food and drink stalls if you get a peckish, and a live stage hosting new music and comedy talent.

And for a real bit of Christmas spirit, the market will be supporting Hackney Winter Night Shelter, a local charity providing homeless people with somewhere to stay during the winter. Forget the high street this is where it’s at…
