CUTTING ROOM OPENS IN FITZROVIA

Sharing plates, sustainable and bottle-aged cocktails and regularly rotating art exhibitions have all been brought under one roof at Cutting Room, now open in Fitzrovia.

The small plates menu features the likes of wagyu beef sliders, mild goat curry, grilled octopus with black bean and pear glaze, miso salmon, and cheeses from Carron Lodge. As well as those bottle-aged cocktails, the bar is also shaking up classic and signature serves, with spirits arriving in reusable bags in an effort to minimise the need for recycling.

With regularly rotating contemporary art exhibitions provided by the Woolf Gallery – Jack Tanner is currently the featured artist – the decor at Cutting Room changes along with the seasonal menus.
