Last Culinary Mischief by iL TOCCO FOOD, the supper club which costs a whopping £175 and we were a bit skeptical to be honest. But after experiencing the event, we can honestly say it’s worth every penny…
year we went along toWhy? Well you get 6 courses of amazing food cooked by Italian born Chef Gabriele Bertaccini – we had the best gnocchi we have ever tasted, naked ricotta and spinach gnocchi with a burnt butter sauce that smelt deliciously sweet. Then there was the Piemontese Brasato Barolo – bone-in short rib that had been braised in Barolo wine for nine hours and was butter soft to eat. Plus you get wines to match each course and a welcome glass of fizz or two. Oh the memories!
Well the good news is Culinary Mischief by iL TOCCO FOOD is returning this April for two dates in a secret location. Last time it was in the St Pancras hotel’s private dining room so you can expect a pretty special location too. The menu is themed around a six course Spring Italian dinner.
