Hakkasan has been doing a mega value dim sum menu on Sundays for a while but now it’s going one step further with a brand new Cristal Dim Sum Sundays menu, that’s a bit more on the luxurious side.
The four-course feast includes crispy duck salad with pomelo; a range of fried, baked and steamed dim sum like black truffle pumpkin puffs and white peppercorn seafood dumplings; black pepper ribeye beef with merlot; and a new dessert selection of ginger and lemon macarons, cinnamon madeleines and zephyr white chocolate lollies. With that you get a cocktail to start, half a bottle of 2008 Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne and a digestif cocktail to finish. BALLIN’.
The Cristal Dim Sum menu comes in at £120 per person, so it’s one to save for a special occasion, and if you go on the last Sunday of the month, you can enjoy all that with a backdrop of traditional live music.
