CRISPIN X NICK MOLYVIATIS

Crispin has become known for its great residency and guest chef programme and the Spitalfields spot is continuing the excellent takeovers by welcoming Nick Molyviatis into the kitchen. The ex-Head Chef of Smoking Goat and Kiln will be teaming up with Crispin’s Head Chef Lewis de Haas for a one-off collab menu that’s gonna nod to his Greek roots with a focus on sustainable produce and big flavours. Cripsin sommelier Alexandra Price, with some help from Eclectic Wines, will put together a selection of Greek vino for the occasion too. There’ll be two sittings, 6pm and 8pm, and it’s not a big restaurant so you’d better book quick if you wanna be there.
