COYA is branching out into the City with a second site in Bank. Taking up a spot in the new Angel Court development, the all-day restaurant will serve up the same Peruvian food as the Mayfair site – that means lots of ceviche, anticuchos and charcoal grilled meats – with pisco flowing at the bar. There’ll also be a bottle library wall, so you can buy your fave spirit and store it in a locker, and a DJ booth, so you can keep the party going well past dinner.
