getting involved in après ski without actually going skiing or leaving London? Well now you can at the miniature Italian Ski Resort on the banks of the Thames. Yes you heard us a pop up, mock up ski resort has opened with restaurant at Cantina del Ponte recreating the Italian ski resort of Cortina at London Bridge. The ski lodge features hot Italian liqueur cocktails, cosy blankets, out-door heaters and cheese fondue…they must be hoping the weather is going to turn.

Food wise check out the ‘Bagna Cauda’, a classic Piedmontese dish that features fresh seasonal vegetables dipped into a hot anchovy and garlic sauce placed in the centre of the table. No cable car pass required.
