COOK WITH ALBERT ADRIÀ AND ATAVI AT THIS POP-UP

Legendary chef Albert Adrià is celebrating the launch of his new luxury pasta brand ATAVI with an exclusive pop-up cooking and dining session this September. Not only will you have the chance to cook alongside Adrià, you’ll be amongst the first to try ATAVI, his new line of high-end tagliatelle, made from 100% Italian durum wheat, which comes in three varieties: Sourdough, which delivers the taste and smell of freshly baked bread; Umami, which has a depth and richness thanks to koji fermentation; and Smoked, which is made from nixtamalized wheat that’s smoked with vine canes to give the pasta a smoky profile.

Best of all, tickets to the pop-up are totally FREE, so all you wannabe masterchefs and pasta fans will wanna snap them up quick!
