COOK-ALONG WITH RUBY BHOGAL

Not sure what to cook for dinner? Don’t stress because we’ve got the perfect dish for you from food writer and Great British Bake Off 2018 finalist Ruby Bhogal. She’s made chicken noodle soup; it’s super simple and quick to whip up and it really makes the most out of whatever you’ve got in your fridge.

We have listed the ingredients out below as well as the bits of equipment you’ll need so you just have to play the IGTV video to get the instructions. Do tag @rubybhogal and us @londontheinside in your photos and stories people, we will repost. Be well, cook well.

I N G R E D I E N T S
2 pints/1100ml water
2 stock cubes, chicken or veg
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
1 chicken breast or tofu block
3 tsp ginger, grated
1 large clove of garlic, grated
2 spring onion, thinly sliced
50g mushrooms
50g sweetcorn
15g red chili, chopped
50g noodles, whichever kind you can get your hands on. Even the super noodle/pot noodle noodles will do the trick!
Additional: 1 cabbage leaf chopped, ½ carrot thinly sliced, ½ bell pepper thinly sliced, basically any veg you have that & needs to be used up
