Club Mexicana is already serving up its vegan Mexican grub at Dinerama and The Spread Eagle, and now the team is opening a burger bar in Netil Market.
Open every weekend, the burger bar will serve up classic buns given a Mexican and vegan twist. There’ll be the Mexican Fried Chick’n with annatto glazed fried ‘chick’n’, pickled cabbage and mustard mayo; the Beer Battered To-fish with tartare sauce and deep fried capers; and the Sticky Glazed ‘Ribs’ with pink onions, slaw and jalapeno.
CM faves like the loaded nachos, Mexican fries with hot sauce, and deep fried cheese will be available on the side, plus their very own pale ale brewed in collaboration with Beer 52.
