If you’re travelling on the Eurostar in the next few weeks – or if you just really love champagne – then there’s a new pop-up at the St Pancras champagne bar where you can start your trip in style. Club 150 takes inspiration from the beach bars made famous in the South of France, whilst also paying homage to St Pancras itself, celebrating 150 years of the station.
When it comes to the menus, it’s England meets France, with highlights including four variations of Plymouth Gin cocktails with ingredients inspired by the English summer garden. An extensive list of Champagnes and a Perrier-Jouët tasting trio will also be on offer. The food menu features snacks and dishes such as smoked salmon croque-monsieur, a native seafood platter, and oyster beignet with Bloody Mary sauce.
