Clos19 x Refettorio Felix Supper Club
Clos19 is teaming up with Skye Gyngell and Rose Ashby (head chef at Spring) to host a special supper club at Refettorio Felix at St Cuthbert’s, with all proceeds going to the charity to support its initiative of feeding people in need with surplus food. We all know food waste is such a huge problem, especially when there are people going hungry, so this really is a great cause.
Skye and Rose, who make use of surplus ingredients with the Scratch Menus at Spring, will be creating a three-course dinner made entirely from surplus food from the Felix Project and Food Chain, which will be paired with Clos19 drinks. Tickets are £90 and you’ll be doing a very good deed whilst getting a great meal too.[maxbutton id=”505″]
