Those clever clogs at Climpson’s Arch are transforming their cosy venue into ‘Wunderland East’ where you can stuff yourself with german style dishes, drink hot gluhwein and say phrases like ‘gesundheit’ and ‘schadenfreude’ ‘til your heart’s content.

The services of the legendary Lucky Chip team have been called in to serve up a five-course ‘Licky Chops Winter Dinner’ every Friday (but make sure you book!) While the first Thursday of the month will belong to the best up and coming chefs so you’re guaranteed some good grub to warm your cockles after traipsing around East London’s open galleries.

Apparently there is also going to be a ‘Weihnachtsmarkt vibe’ and while we’re not quite sure what that entails, we’re pretty sure it’ll be wunderbar.
