The Classic Car Boot Is Coming Back to King’s Cross

Get that booty to the car booty

Yes tons of classic cars will be cruising into King’s Cross to celebrate all things vintage at the Classic Car Boot. You can expect everything from second-hand homeware to upcycled threads, with a load of market stalls from some of London’s best traders. Charity Super.Mkt will be back with another vintage haul and a Repair Fair where you can pick up tips for fixing up your old clothes.

Of course there’ll be an array of retro cars, bikes and scooters to admire, with fully electrical classic cars also on show. This year is the 60th anniversary of the Ford Mustang so the Classic Car Boot will be home to a special display of Mustangs and muscle cars, including a replica of the Mustang 390 GT Steve McQueen drove in Bullitt. A previously unseen replica of John Lennon’s psychedelic Rolls Royce Phantom will also be on show and Paul McCartney’s 1972 Wings tour bus, aka ‘the most famous bus in the world’, will be on public display for the last time in King’s Cross before it goes up for auction.

There’ll be lots of music from vinyl-only DJs to keep the vibes going from the Routemaster Bar Bus, plus enough food and boozy vans to keep you fuelled for all that bargain hunting. Tickets are £7 and you can bag yours now.
