Band, Circa Waves are about to release their double A-sided debut single “Good For me” / ‘Get Away’ (also being released in cassette format for those that are oh so retro).

The four piece outfit from Merseyside feature Kieran Shuddall and Joe Falconer on guitar, Sam Rouke on bass and Sian Plummer as the drummer. Both are bold lively tracks featuring heavy guitar riffs, layered with Kieran’s edgy vocals creating a sound which have drawn comparisons to the Strokes and the Vaccines. They’ve also been tagged “the Scouse Arctic Monkeys” so watch out Alex Turner et al. The band have recently completed a short tour and supported Swim Deep at the Ritz in Manchester.
