Vivek Singh will be joined by chefs from four of London’s top restaurants for this one-off dinner
This October, Cinnamon Kitchen City will continue to celebrate its 15th year with a special dinner in collaboration with some of the city’s most spice-obsessed chefs. For one night only, Cinnamon Kitchen’s own Vivek Singh and Raju Ramachandran will be in the kitchen alongside Will Bowlby of Kricket, Adriana Cavita of Cavita and Gavin Malleappah of Rambutan, cooking up an exclusive four-course feast.
The evening will kick off with a canapé reception prepared by Vivek Singh, followed by ghee roast crab with burnt cinnamon made by Will Bowlby (who was previously a chef at Cinnamon Kitchen City). After that, Mexican-born chef Adriana Cavita will serve her favourite native dish, chutoro tostadas with salsa macha, ginger soy vinaigrette and avocado purée. Then, Gavin Malleappah (formerly part of the kitchen brigade at The Cinnamon Club) will present black pork belly curry with string hoppers before Raju Ramachandran closes the dinner out with his signature dish, Chettinad spiced lamb chops.
