The Farringdon spot from Netflix’s Chef’s Table star Ivan Orkin has added Cold Sesame Noodles to its summer menu, mazemen noodles tossed in a sesame broth and topped with pulled chilli chicken, red peppers, coriander, spring onion and sesame seeds.

This Stoke Newington spot was early to the game with its chilled spaghetti, boiled and shocked in ice to achieve a firm and chewy texture, tossed in almond butter and finished with green Sichuan pepper and salted unripe almond.
