CHIK’N IS TURNING INTO CHICKEN SHOP AND FLYING TO NOTTING HILL

Chik’n, the spin-off burger joint from the Chick ‘n’ Sours crew, is shacking up with Soho House and turning into Chicken Shop this spring. The existing Islington and Baker Street restaurants are being revamped and will be opening alongside a brand new spot in Notting Hill, with further expansion across London already in the works.

Wheres the OG Chicken Shop, started by Soho House back in 2012, was centred around rotisserie birds, Chicken Shop 2.0 will focus on fried chicken, with the likes of the Straight Up (fried chicken, lettuce, buttermilk & herb mayo, and pickles in a potato bun) and the chicken tenders with Sichuan sauce on the menu. A fresh launch means fresh dishes though, so Chicken Shop will also be doing the No Way Gangnam (a plant-based fillet with gochujang mayo & kimchi slaw), a Korean rice box, and strawberry meringue and chocolate Coco Pops milkshakes. Sounds cluckin’ great.

Opens Thurs 28th April 2022
88 Notting Hill Gate, London, W11 3HP
