Chick ‘n’ Sours are gearing up to reopen their Seven Dials spot on 17th May but if you can’t wait that long to get your hands on some of their fried chicken, the crew will be popping up outside the restaurant for a weekend of food, bevs and tunes. Two CnS faves – the Chicken Toast and the Mexi-nese Nachos with Szechuan chicken & bacon ragout, kim-cheese sauce & kimchi – will be available at the pop-up and they’ll also be going on the Seven Dials menu permanently. You’ll also be able to try their new spesh collab dish with Hot 4 U, the Strawberry Chicken Parm, which features a Chick ‘n’ Sours fried chicken thigh topped with Hot 4 U’s strawberrry sofrito, stracciatella, mortadella & kewpie, before it goes on the menu for a month. CLUCK YEAH.
