Chess Club Records are releasing their first ever compilation album on the 3rd March, featuring a number of original and rare recordings from the label’s most established alumni.

Founded by Will Street in 2007, Chess Club have already been responsible for releasing the debut singles of Mumford and Sons and Local Natives, and for booking some of the first shows for Bon Iver, Lykke Li and The XX. Last year, the London label took things to another level, turning their attention to full length albums and EPs for the first time – and this compilation is one of the results.
