Nast Traveller is branching out into the world of pop-up dinner events, bringing top chefs from around the world to create a feast in our fair city. They’ve set the bar super high with the first one, with two-Michelin-star chef Norbet Niederkofler from St Hubertus at the Rosa Alpina Hotel and Spa coming to cook at City favourite L’Anima. The evening includes three courses of Norbet’s South Tyrolean mountain cooking, plus amuses-bouches, coffee, petit fours and matching wines from Ferrari Trento and Cantina Terlano, two outstanding producers from the same region. All in all, a pretty spectacular European dinner that you can get to without having to step foot on a plane.
