Jenny Lau, the founder of Celestial Peach, a platform that explores Chinese food culture and identity, is teaming up with Fragrant Knives, founded by Sean Warmington-Wan, for a knife skills workshop and cooking class at the ESEA Community Centre. During the class, you’ll learn how to handle a Chinese chef’s knife, including cutting, slicing, dicing and smashing techniques, as well as the rhythm and philosophy behind Chinese cooking.
